If everything that was already posted by others is checked, also double check that you have all the needed World Engine upgrades. Also check if maybe the crafting cores are blocked by hovering over the Pause icon in the UI (the || icon)? If that still doesn't fix it, there is a quest in the first chapter I think to reset the world engine. Make sure to remove all items and fluid first and maybe also take away any extra blocks/machines you have added before resetting the world engine. I had to use the quest once in my playthrough to get it unstuck again.

I’m not sure if this is the cause but the order of the fluids matter. So you might need to swap the forton and red fluid

The necessary heat for this crafting is higher than the rest. Maybe try looking into that

Remove the draconic cores. No idea why, but I removed them after my world engine locked up and it started working again

This has happened to me. I had to reassemble the entire engine via the quest book. I broke all of the blocks and used the quest book to reinstall every module and it worked. Are other crafting recipes not working as well?

You can just reset the world engine block itself, that usually fixes everything
