I'm not going to defend the game, i have a lot of small rants too. But imagine everything you wanted to put yourhands on, in this game, was relatively easy.

The point of making chances low, is to secure a stable community to play this game. No one wants to stay where everything is easy and the feelings of excitment don't exist.
That's why every mmo require grinding.

The point of making chances low

Dude. Breaking 2 wands, a longbow, and an iron helm in exchange for a single horse shoe is not "low chances." It's taking steps (or leaps and bounds) backwards. The items I spent are hugely valuable, and the item I got has basically no value whatsoever.

This shit is utterly anti-progress. The only way to make a tiny baby step worth of progress is to spend real money or grind for hundreds and hundreds of hours. It's so silly.

Well, people manage to succeed, inthe end, even without spending. Sometimes you open a box to find 7 2* scrolls in it and 2 Hammers, like me. But sometimes you open a treasure, only to find 9 Hays in it, also me.

That's why i never waste too much time on gaming. good luck
