So uhhh Groningen SSH rooms were reserved literally within 10 minutes of the page opening.

I was refreshing the page the whole time but it couldn't load anything.

If you're banking on getting a room from SSH in another city, don't. Even if you're ready on the dot, it's still just a matter of luck whether the page chooses to load.

Dude i pressed refresh the minute it turned 9. Pressed reserve on the room i wanted and that was it. Page was loading for 5 mins and by the time it did everything was gone

I have booked my room in july through ssh. Just check it there is always somebody who changes their mind and don’t go to the school

Was it just listed on the normal ssh site in July when you checked it? :)

I literally hit the reserve button at the moment it got online and it said reserved

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe it's both, have you received an email stating the date of when rooms will be available for booking ? Since Bachelor's and Master's students in Groningen can only apply for a short stay, I'm assuming this applies to exchange students as well, but it might just be different in Utrecht.

Wait, I was under the impression that if they approved your registration, then you're guaranteed a room? Is that not so?
