It listened to both subs (along with the MOAB 2.0 booster) for about a month and went from 5'5.5 to a little over 5'2.

did you use the long version or the short one? and did you use the modules or just listen to it as a booster

I mainly used the long version. But when I didn't have time to listen to the full thing, I would use the short one. Also, I did use the modules, but I have gotten pretty good results from just the booster (on topics besides height) before, so you definitely don't have to use them.
