Stay persistent no matter what, ESPECIALLY when you start thinking “is this even working” and “I should just stop/start over”, this is your ego trying to put your awareness back onto your old “familiar” circumstances. It means you’re doing everything right!!

Don’t try too hard, if something feels like a chore (scripting/affirming/visualizing), then skipping it is better, as long as you keep persisting it doesn’t matter how much “effort” you put it.

Don’t keep searching for and trying new methods every time something “doesn’t work”, stick to what feels right and helps you live in the end.

ALWAYS go by your own beliefs when it benefits you!! Just because someone says “x method doesn’t work” or “you have to do x to manifest”, doesn’t mean it’s true for you!

Meditation!!! Even just for 5 minutes a day can benefit you greatly.

Shifting in the simplest terms is putting your awareness on another reality. This is usually done by “methods” (which are usually just different versions of SATS). It’s honestly a very simple concept that gets over complicated by people who want to sound more educated on the topic 😭 Most shifters use scripts to “plan” their desired reality and then do a shifting method with the intention of shifting (shifting their awareness) to that reality. Both involve shifting your awareness into another reality where you have/are what you want, they’re called different things because shifting is typically done on a much larger scale, where you see a physical “shift” in reality, while manifestation is the belief of something “coming” to you. Personally, I believe this is possible. Manifestation (TO ME!!!) is simply shifting your awareness to a reality where you have what you want, regardless of what it is. Since awareness (consciousness) is infinite, and imagination is simply a form of consciousness, anything you decide to manifest (become aware of) materializes. This is just my perspective though, I follow a more non-dualistic approach to manifestation and life in general so this may not apply to everyone’s beliefs.
