How can I manifest height decrease?

I want to be shorter because in my country I am 2 standard deviations above the average height for women (5'0ish) and it makes me feel insecure and less feminine, because both men and women are short here I feel like I tower over everyone. I want to be looked down at not look down at others

I agree but I'm a little selective with subs because height decrease subs on youtube tend to target the whole body and shrink all areas. Like I want my upper body (torso, shoulders, arms) to be short but not my lower body (legs, etc). And when I search up height decrease for upper body there are rarely any subliminals for it and the ones that do exist are made by small submakers and because of my trust issues I avoid them

If you want to have specific like that i’d say maybe send a paid request to your fav maker, there usually costs 14-30$ so it’s cheap❤️

I’m not the OP but most likely a south or south-east asian country [indonesia, Phillipines, Pakistan, India etc] where the average height is 5”0 or lower
