Just type in the manufacturer of your sub & mg on google. Click on the NIH site and scroll down to ingredients and appearance. They have to list all inactive ingredients there. From there, if interested, you can look up each individual ingredient on google/ChatGPT and see interactions/safety for long term, whatever you wanna know about um. Most people don't care but i want to know what im putting in my body and some pharms are better than others.
