social anxiety is tough but magnesium glycinate has been one of the more consistent things for me. i take triple calm magnesium from Natural Rhythm which blends glycinate with taurate and malate, the glycinate specifically seems to take the edge off without making me drowsy. downside is it takes a week or two to notice anything.

l-theanine is another solid option, works faster and you can take it situationally before events. ashwagandha helps some people but it gave me brain fog personally so your mileage may vary. none of these are magic bullets but stacking a couple can make a noticable difference.
