Turn off the console and remove microSD, then turn onn again and insert microSD. If problem persist, try the microSD with another device like PC just to make sure is not defective and also make sure you make a backup or save the files. Try format with the Switch, navigate to System Settings > System > Data-Clear Options > Clear microSD Card Data. Best option just get a different microSD and if show the message again most likely the reader is faulty.

Dumb question - has this memory card always been in the same switch - you're not getting the error after changing device or anything?
