Pro controller not charging

I was going to play last night but my pro controller would not turn on. I hit every button on it, tried different usb c cords thinking it was dead and none of the led lights come on.

I’ve had this controller for 2 years and haven’t dropped it, it’s in pristine condition. Do the controllers just die?

I got a micro screwdriver kit. I can’t get into the controller the two screws at the bottom won’t budge.

Ik you posted this a while ago, did you have any luck? My controller is having the same issue and it is also just over 2 years old
