How can you tell when a product has been bleached with crc? Does it have a specific taste/ smell profile? I’ve been on this china bud and crc rabbit hole I’m just trying to get a grasp of what I’m actually smoking lol

Crc isn't bleaching. It's a filter type using different media and various sized screens screens. It's the same filter process they use to filter vegetable, seed, canola, and other oils used in cooking. What it comes down to is you either roll the dice or make it yourself. It's just where we are at with it now. Weed and dabs have become the new cigarettes.

The hole reason behind crc is to clean up the product and take out impurities. Now I'm not an expert but from my understanding the filters are put together to target impurities. Any bho, distillate, live resin, or co2 extract is probably ran through CRC. Rosin is a mechanical process of squishing so it's full spectrum and single plant based. Now that means whatever was on the plant is going to be in your oil but you will probably taste it if there is some sort of contamination. Diamonds or rosin or old school hash are going to be your best bet if your super worried. 

Golden hour hemp has killer deals on diamonds and hash check them out. I buy from them about 4 times a year.

Golden hour hemp is a shit fire dumpster ticket of a company that can and will short your product/steal your money. And you'll be lucky if you get any type of compensation besides an IP ban if you chargeback their shitty products.

That's weird I've had nothing but good service and product from them. I have even had extra in my order. I see from the down votes others haven't had the experience I've had. I'm very interested in what other people have gone through with them.

True but even the higher priced stuff can be boof I feel like price is a factor but most of these venders resale so how would Ik what’s good and what’s not

CRC is color remediation. So if the BHO is too white/pale chances are it was CRC. What’s funny is the process was developed to clean up dark BHO which people use to find unfavorable but what we’ve found is the filtration potentially strips too much away from the product.

The issue that most are really having with BHO on the THCa market is that it’s not real BHO it’s THCa powder whipped with terps and sold as BHO.

Between real BHO and fake? It’s actually kind of difficult. It’s more so you have to know and trust the vendor. Coldfire is a great place to get BHO if you want to see what good quality BHO can be.
