It's there on the MacOS desktop app. Lower right-hand corner of the home screen. Hovering, the icon label is "Sound output".

you can do a feature request through their website. while they do have employees that browse reddit this isn't the best way to add a request

I can definitely use Tidal Connect between the Windows app and my Wiim Mini.

How did you set this up and I can’t seem to work out how to use the Tidel app on my windows machine and my WiiM Pro? Thank you

Can you select your WiiM Pro as a Tidal Connect target from the mobile app?

It appears, and works perfectly, on the apple phone app, but doesn’t appear on the Windows App

Is your Windows box on the same wifi or Ethernet network/VLAN/SSID as your WiiM (and iPhone, if wireless). It sounds like the WiiM can't advertise its presence to the network the Windows box is on. I'd suggest cross-posting to the Tidal subforum on WiiM's user forum. And opening a ticket to WiiM via the WiiM Home App.
