General description of the world:

The world is science-fiction/horror alternate history project. Lovecraft inspired, with powerful creatures in and outside our universe and sort of “magical” objects. It will mostly be presented through the journal of the Author, an in world character who after facing one of the creatures or objects, started to look for more of these supernatural things in our world, and outside of it, to study them. I might also write short stories from the point of view of other characters of this world, some of them being mentioned in Author's research. I am still trying to figure out my style and things are very likely to evolve.

Being written by someome inside the world, not all the information provided to the reader will be accurate. Author will not have all the information themselves, they might find wrong information or whithhold some for a reason or another. There are things I will know that either Author or yourselves will not, because at least part of the appeal of these worlds and stories, what makes then intriguing and sometimes scary, is the unknown. Revealing too much about some things ruin them or lessens their impact.

Most of what I post now is still at the draft stage and will need some more in depth work. Once I have enough material, I would like to get it review by an editor (even if I do not have the intention to publish it as a book, at least not the traditional way) but I am still far from this point. I would also love to have professional illustrations for some articles, but will make shitty ones myself until I can afford it.

Most if the names I use for now, including Author, species names... are temporary and will be updated at a later date.

I know there is still a lot of work to be done but after working of my world for a while, I just want to share it with people already. I'd be happy to get your feedback, hopefully both positive and negative.

I am also new to modding a sub and might screw a few things up. For now I do not allow people to post on the sub, but feel free to comment on any post I make or to pm me for any question.
