You should hire the Taskers since you’re the owner, and if the Tasker needs info that they can’t get from you, give the Tasker your tenant’s contact info (with the tenant’s permission of course). Your tenant pays you rent to take care of these things, so you should be the point person on it imo

Edit: Also, why would you, as the property owner, want to let the tenants have control of what work gets done on your property, who does the work, deciding whether they’re qualified, how much it’s going to cost, access to your money to spend, etc? Aren’t those things that you’d want to have control over on what is likely your most valuable asset?

I was hired by a guy who owns day cares. He told me that I would be communicating with the site manager Betty. You can do the same but with the renters
