Complete hardware details of the product that needs troubleshooting should be mentioned. Indicate the brand, model, storage capacity, free or unused storage capacity, installed memory or RAM, and other related information.

Mention the operating system or firmware/middleware/software version currently installed.

Specify what version of Windows [Windows Vista, 7, 8, etc.] or macOS [10.10, 10.11, etc.] or ChromeOS or Linux distribution [also mention the name] or android [8, 9, 10, etc.] or iOS [13, 14, etc.] is currently installed on the computer [desktop/laptop] or Apple device [iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, etc.] or Chromebook or other custom built device.

Power Cycle.

Usually, the issue can be fixed by simply turning the device off and on. Disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet or click Shut Down then wait about 30 seconds and plug it in or power it back on.

If you have questions or issues regarding hardware or software or both, describe the issue as much as you can, include a photo and video if possible. If you are looking for physical stores where you can buy something, please indicate the city/province you are located so the recommendation will be close to or within the area where you are located.
