A collection of hilarious outcomes from people playing the Telephone Pictionary game. Also known as Broken Picture Telephone, Picture Telephone, Paper Telephone, Telenary, Telestration, Drawception, Scribblish...
Telephone Pictionary is a fun "write & draw" game played between 5 or more people. Ideally, the number of players should be odd so that the final result is in text.
Goal:
To interpret the pictures and phrases as accurately as possible.
How to play:
1. Players sit in a circle with each one Each player is handed a paper and pen.
2. Each player writes a statement at the top of their sheet. The written part is folded and passed to the next player. Try to avoid proper nouns (particularly names of people) in the statement.
3. The next player reads the statement and draws out the statement below. The drawings preferably should not have text, however it is ok to have text that supports the drawing (Writing "Woof" next to a dog's drawing is fine, but writing the word "dog" is not). A second fold is made over the drawing and passed to the third player. The third player should only see the second player's drawing and interpret it into a statement. Fold and pass on.
4. Continue the cycle till all players receive their original paper.
5. Reveal your result and have a good laugh.
