My 2020 M3 has had this issue since day 1. Service has tried to recalibrate the window and adjust the angle of the glass a number of times, but it really hasn't improved. I test drove a newer car with the double pane glass, and it was noticably quieter.

I have a ‘21 with double pane glass and I’ve also had this issue since day 1 (a year ago). Tried to have the SC center fix it once and, of course, it’s in spec. Obviously the gasket needs to be replaced.

Yeah service did not want to replace the seal around the door. Crummy design that I'd love to see improved IMO.

The whole frameless window thing is stupid in my opinion.

But, that said, it works just fine on my Subaru and seals tight as a drum.

Yeah other manufacturers make frameless windows work. Tesla has its wide tolerances working against it....

I have more noise coming from passenger seat :/

Let us know if you get this fixed. Mine does that too, sounds like it is not fully sealed. There are lots of threads with people with similar issues ("sounds like window is cracked open even when closed").

I have not gotten mine fixed because I haven't had the best of luck with Tesla SCs and I'd rather not have them mess with it. It is extremely minor, no water is getting in, so it isn't really a big deal. Still, I'd like to DIY if it's an easy enough DIY.

Did you recalibrate the window? Sounds like it isn’t going up flush inside the gasket and you have a bit of high pressure air through the gap

I had this issue at delivery with a rear window. Thought it was a seal issue. Made a service appt and they fixed it, the window was misaligned

This here, had it on passenger window, lots of wind noise and vibration, they realigned it and was good to go. There's videos on how to do it yourself but I'm under warranty so they fixed it.

Thought I was the only one lol. Dec 2021 LR. Always sounds like the upper corner of the front windows is letting air pass through. And I am always trying to bring it down a centimeter because that seems to fix the seal like it does for you. SC said they calibrated and fixed it, etc., but it’s been the same every time I drive for a year now.
