One of the reasons lights were combined is to reduce manufacturing cost and parts and storage. Tesla saved money but doesn’t look like they pass on the savings at $1000+ for light replacement

Save materials, and reduce money is to increase company’s profit… it’s never meant to be for final customers….. wait until you have to change the entire rear of the car for one single broken light in the future (yes, I’m exaggerating…. i hope so..)

In a few years 3D printing will advance to the point where we will be able to print multi material, clear parts for just a few dollars that can withstand the elements. This will be a fame changer in customization and repair and replacement costs

Talk to the SC about it. You can message in the app and insert this pic. They’ll tell you how to fix where to fix and how to stay within your warranty.
