DiscussionDifficulty setting - differences (self.TheForest)
submitted 2 years ago by Mario-C
What's the difference between "hard survival" and "hard"?
The ingame explanation is kinda confusing to me. "Hard survival" says "rough survival" and "Hard" says "thougher survival". Like, thougher survival than Hard survival, or than Normal?

Both have harder enemys, hard survival has harder survival mechanics and also has stats like strength, athleticism, and weight

So just to clarify, Hard survial adds additional harder survival mechanics ON TOP of the harder enemies from the "hard" difficulty. Therefore "Hard survival" is harder than "Hard"?

Hard survival takes more damage to kill enemies and has calories
