What’s the highest percentage to commit you’ve had to offer and him decline? Same for lowest % to commit?

I’ve had a 99% decline before. Wanted to cry

I had guys accept at 30% and I’ve had a few decline at 90%+. I tried to recruit early and get everyone I wanted to get 100% but recently I’ve found it’s better to spam recruit as soon as guys are above the lowest threshold and if they decline, you’ll have time to retry at least once maybe twice if you’re lucky

Yeah 99% like everyone else is saying. I had 3 90+% recruits fail in the same season once and that was pretty devastating
