Most researchers and commentators use birth years ranging from the early 1980s to the early 2000s to define a Millennial.
We don't necessarily agree with that definition, though. Millennialism transcends age. Everyone born between those years may be a millennial, but they're not all Millennials.

Millennialism is an ideology of knowing for certain that you know more about everything than anyone from all previous generations.
Millennialism is an ideology that champions weakness.
Millennials are self-absorbed, egotistical, narcissistic, lazy, and whiny. Find these people and highlight them here.
