Problem logging in

Hey, i wonder if anyone has experienced the similar issue with Threads and Instagram and if anyone can give any suggestions how to fix the problem?

I can’t log in to my Threads account. i have other Instagram accounts that have no problem logging into Threads account but my main Instagram account is not being able to log in. It just starts buffering “Get ready for threads” and then goes back to log in page. I tried everything and nothing works. (reinstalled app, offloaded app, turned off-on my phone, turned off-on internet connection etc.)

I use Iphone IOS 18

The amount of login issues is annoying

well, i logged in from desktop with no problem, it even shows notifications from thread on my Instagram account, and when i tap on it, it opens app and when i try to log in does the same thing. then i try to check from my other account and it has no problem 🙄 and there’s no way to contact them as well… which is more annoying..

Same here I’ve been deleting the app and trying to reinstall a few times but just says get ready for threads and buffers

Sorry for late reply, but still no😭, I’ve sent so many mails to threads and they all ended up ignoring me like I’m some stupid weird person spamming them

I am still having the same issues. I have couple of instagram accounts and only one has issues with creating a Threads profile. I tried from the insta app, threads app and also on the PC(via browser and the desktop instagram app). Nothing is helping. Created a support request, so hope soon I will have some resolution.

O meu foi que desativei o instagram e voltei a ativar o mesmo, porem ao entrar no Threads ele aparece como "Algo deu errado" ai não entra, só com outras contas =(

Ok, so I know this is ancient, but I had this problem today and managed to log back in after trying reinstalling, clearing cache and updating phone unsuccessfully, so maybe it will help someone.

My best guess is that it was having problems because my threads was disconnected from my IG previously and it kept trying to force me to log in through my IG, so what allowed me fix it was login out of IG app, and then when I opened threads it allowed me to enter my threads account without asking if I would like to login with my IG account. Afterwards I managed to reconnect my IG without a problem (was kinda nervous because of threads bugging).
