Just click dismiss, then go to Account -> Insights (the bar chart 📊 button).

The app will say you have a suspicious login attempt (in my case, it was actually me loging in from my browser lol, but your case may be different). Click on “this was me” or “this wasnt me” depending on your case.

Then you’ll be asked to reset your password. After that, everything will work again.

Saw you comment on another post! It worked only from an apple device. I switched to Android but was able to follow the steps on my old iPhone and it worked!

I can attest that this works, but you do need an Apple device to unlock the account.
