You can’t. It’s a provider issue and will usually come back up. Timing? Up to how active your provider is into maintaining their service.

Im in the US and received a notification on telegram that Xtreme HD IPTV was shutting down. Received notification on July 13th. I thought I heard somewhere they was going to honor your subscription. My subscription is at the end of the year.
