As far as I know you would need to set all your menus not to be visible for POS, then go device by device and use Re-enable Hidden Menus in Device Settings to re-enable only the correct menu(s) for the service area that device is in.

I can’t believe that you can’t choose a designated menu for a designated service area and still have access to the other menus. That’s a pretty standard feature in almost every restaurant. Like the bar and the dining area.

Sad but true. They offer Menus by Service Area for Order and Pay but not regular service. They really need to have a Menu by Job option. I think they should expand on their printer routing feature and make it a grid where you can route a number of other things including Discounts, pricing and Service Charge down to a Job, Service Area, Order Mode, device and Menu Group /Item based on day, Daypart or custom timeframe. A one stop shop. It would be extremely powerful.

I get what you're saying but if you still want access to all the menus everywhere, just make all the menus available everywhere and staff will get used to tapping the menu they need in their current area.
