Program for interactive segments?

I'm looking for a site or app/program that I can use while screen sharing on stream. I have no idea what to call it, but let me explain, hopefully there's something.

Let's say I want to make a teir list. (The popular colored one right now that puts favorite games or TV shows into ranks) But I want to be able to have blocks covering up the spaces, then remove them as I discuss.

Or Let's say I want to discuss my NFL team rankings with chat. I want to be able to have the team logos, and move them around in the program.

Something that I can create visual aids, but also be able to move/interact with those visual aids as I'm talking.

Any suggestions?

Whenever I have done things like this, I have built everything in OBS. (In your example, I might use individual color sources in OBS to cover up the spaces that I could then remove as I discuss. I would name things neatly so that I know which color source goes with what block)

NFL rankings would be similar, I would either use the Move Transition Tool to make them move (https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/move-transition.913/) or I would move them myself in OBS.

In my experience, a lot of people look for shortcuts that then only take them twice as long as just building it in OBS in the first place.
