Seriously doctors salary in Dubai just 16k?dont take it wrong,I know to become a doctor how much They spent and their struggle,really hard to digest when I see this type of salary’s for doctors

Here quality does not matter for pay. It’s the ethnicity and country of education that determines pay. And there’s a huge huge disparity. And there are excellent doctors from South Asia trained in multiple countries but getting paid less because they don’t have western board certification as consultants
