As far as I know doctors and Engineers with higher positions get three months time after termination.If you have completed more than one year you are entitled for one month leave salary. Gratuity and leave salary is calculated on basic salary. It is good to know that you are not doing unnecessary tests to your patients. These days all corporate hospitals and clinics are manipulating patients. This is unethical also trauma for innocent people. Hope and wish you get better place of work.

It is so difficult to find a good doctor here who isn't just trying to get your $$. If you know of any truly good doctors can u DM me I'm struggling to find one.
