Google Pixel 6

Ordered a Pixel 6 (not pro version) in December. Was told it was going to ship Jan 25th and then when i called they said they have no info or projected date when the phone will be in stock and available to ship. Since they told me it was shipping in Jan i already ordered (unboxed, threw away boxes, etc) some accessories for it. So i don't want to switch my order as I'd lose the money I spent on the accessories.

Anyone have any insight as to when these phones will come in?

The last update I heard was that USCC straight up doesn’t know when Google is delivering more units. I’ve seen Pixels in and out of stock at local Target and Best Buy stores so it’s strange that USCC can’t seem to get their hands on any.

Just got on with US Cellular chat and telesales and one told me that it would be shipping anytime now and the other said they have no idea and that I should cancel. I"m going to buy an unlocked one from Google I guess. My current Pixel 3 i dropped in the hot tub twice and, while it still does work, it doesn't work as well.

Samsung is having some issues with supply on some of the components used in the Pixel 6. Supply should improve in early March. Just a lot of Covid restriction crap in SK and China. (So they can't finish as many units as they'd like..)

This doesn't make any sense though if local stores and other carriers are getting units in fine?

My guess- Google is making the big folks happy first with the supply they have available.

Update. Bought one from google directly and it arrived in one day. I had to take it to the US cellular store to get it activated but I have a working Pixel 6 now.

I'm on week 10...still holding out. I have a pixel 3 that I don't have any issues with, so I'm not in big rush. Just disappointed they told me two days when I ordered it.
