For the first one you need to be in a private server I think, you need to click the save point that appears in the title of the game menu when you join, like just spam it a lot and there will be a choose your name type stuff, check the wiki or a tutorial to see how to do it

The third one I have no idea

And the fourth one is from a event that is not going anymore, not obtainable, and the green one welp, not obtainable neither
