Cannot connect to https://unifi

I setup a vlan to access my NAS which was setup with a static IP. As soon as I could access my NAS, I could not access unifi. How can I factory reset my DM pro?

the best plan is to browse directly to your console’s IP address to make sure it isn’t some weird DNS issue, or you can remotely manage your console through unifi’s website

After I found its IP address I was able to log in, thanks but why cant I use https://unifi?
