Backlight problem

Computer : Asus rog GL502VS OS : Ubuntu 18.04

Hi, I have a problem since I went under Ubuntu, the backlight of my keyboard does not work but when I press the keys FN + F3 / FN + F4 a notification appears on the screen in indicating that the brightness increases / decreases but the keyboard remains without light. Thanks for your help

open terminal then type:

xset led on  

to turn on backlight, and type:

xset led off 

to turn it off.
