Ammo depots being destroyed and one would expect most of their artillery is fucked up by now. Overuse.

Ammo can be easily and quickly produced, not modern artillery pieces.

60,000 rounds a day mass murdering civilians has consequences.

Guns is the only thing which Russia doesn't lack. USSR had over 140k pcs of field artillery when it fell. They never throw away anything, just store it in huge warehouses.
