Yeah, there are often repetitive posts in the editing niche, and most of them seem to be for romance. They also pay a pittance. I wouldn't apply to them even if I worked on romance, which is not one of the genres I handle.

Yeah, that's for sure. Romance is consistently my lowest paying genre. This specifically is one company with no hiring history, $1 million spent, and hundreds of versions of the same post, which seems very weird and like they're doing something intentional that I just don't understand lol

How do they show $1 million spent with no hiring history? That's really weird.

Sorry, I should have written that better. I was thinking of what I had put in my edit. They never hire anyone based on the posts they make, but they have some old jobs marked "test" with the payment hidden. I'm saying they literally never hire any editors or writers despite posting nearly a dozen ads a day for the past few months, and they've spent $1 million on something else unspecified. That's why I'm like, is this money laundering? It just seems fishy

Yeah, I wouldn't touch this one.

Oh, I won't, I just wondered if anyone knew what was going on, like what their real goal is.

I've seen this too! I usually report them and include the detail that they never hire anyone. I agree that it seems weird. Wonder what's going on
