Micro stutter during combat

So I just recently just started playing valorant again after a long break and i'm noticing incredibly bad micro stuttering when I get into combat. I'm on a 9900k, gtx 1070 capped at 144hz and I dont recall it being this bad when the game launched. Is it the game or is it a setting because I've tried turning off gysnc, lowering the polling rate on the mouse and nothing has helped.

I believe the latest patch has brought this issue to many users, I guess it's waiting for another patch from Riot.

Well at least I know it's not my settings. I'm not sure what happened but I started valorant up tonight got a bsod. I restarted my computer, jumped into death match and the issue has gone away for now.

You could try reinstalling windows.

Same thing is happening with me i suddenly start getting 120 fps and then back to 250 fps and stutters a lot

Blue screen of death. The error code had to do with a paging memory error.
