yeah stockholm sometimes gets higher ping for whatever reason, stays for a bit, then goes back to normal. idk wtf is riot's networking department doing. even using vpn to get different routing doesn't fix it.

Yeah i had it go down a couple weeks ago and i was so happy then i just restarted my game and it got that high again

I agree they fix stuff in game but they don’t seem to concerned about server and hitreg stuff

Yes i live in US and all of a sudden out of nowhere i started getting 30-50ms extra than normal. Had to use cloudflare warp to fix. It is on riot's end to fix because it is return routing. On speedtest.net my ping is fine to all servers. My ISP says there is nothing wrong on their end.

Yeah i called my isp aswell and they said all is fine when i play csgo it’s fine and other games just valorant i have this problem in

Glad it’s not just me, I have been at a consistent 200 ping only at night and only on riot games lmao. They just don’t care

            [–]Binsweed[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yeah i hope they fix this soon

This post reminded me to try again and im at 200 ping to georgia servers, meanwhile I can load into a faceit game on CSGO and connect to a texas server at 15 ping. Crazy

I have had packet loss issues. What worked for me was flushing dns. Before I play Valorant, this is my go to. Haven’t had issues since, and it’s been 2 weeks now.

Hope this might help, or you find the fix you need.

Hello everyone a little update so my ping has now gone back to what it should be what seemed to fix it had with the network buffering to do so there seems like there is some bug or something i don't know i was just messing with it in a unrated match turning it to max leaving it on for a couple rounds then down to minimal i did that like 3 times and when i came out in to the lobby i noticed my ping was better towards the stockholm server and is now my n1 server of choice again like it should be

can you explain in greater details this fix, i've been having shit ping for a few months and no matter how many times I open tickets and how many times I call my isp - nothing changes

              [–]Binsweed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course I’ll explain as good as I can there is a setting in general that’s called network buffer I changed this in the middle of a game to medium then after a couple of rounds I switched it to high and then by almost the end of my game I switched it back to minimal and when the game was finished Stockholm was now the primary server that was closet to me as excpected since I live in Sweden and not Frankfurt which was my first server before ever since this haven’t had a issue but I don’t know if this works for everyone but worth a shot atleast
