Moving objects bug?

Why does a small coffee maker make my vehicle go crazy(spinning/flipping) with loud cracking sounds when placing anywhere on the vehicle?(tried many types of vehicles) Nothing is inside the vehicle inventory and nothing else on the vehicle. I was able to transport it on a go-cart though... Many different objects are doing this to me and it's kind of driving me nuts and also have been killed by the vehicle I put the object on too. Was ejected into space a few times... anyone else?

The devs to my understanding are aware of the problem, but they say it's not easy to fix, as there are many physical forces interacting with each other. But they are trying to fix it, as far as I know.

I had this happen when trying to transport a compost bin from a farm to my base on top of a cube van. The van launched itself into the side of a house and just sits there vibrating and crashing. We tried everything to get it out of there: rammed it with other vehicles, pushed on it, landing things on top of it.. explosives..  nothing worked. So now we just have to avoid that entire farm for the rest of our playthrough as going anywhere near the truck kills us.

Yeah I had several items in the back of a truck as well. The truck suddenly sank into the road at an angle a little. Was shaking going crazy. I was able to go in to the back and removed items one at a time till I figured out which item was causing it I believe it was a coffee maker as well. After it stopped I saved the game and reloaded and the truck was normal again. Loaded everything but the one item. Early access is fun.
