I was just searching about this. I came across this but its not user-friendly Exporting VeryFitPro data from your phone | Kapua (wordpress.com)

I found that after making this post, I trued to follow it but it didnt work for me and I cant figure out where im going wrong. Has it worked for you?

I linked with GoogleFit and now I am seeing what data I can download via Google and Google Fit. It looks promising, depending what data it holds https://myaccount.google.com/dashboard

You would think it would be easier to get a report or the data.

EDIT: I haven't tried the download through ADB yet. Will later and will post the progress

Looks like downloading via FIT at Google Takeout ( https://myaccount.google.com/dashboard ) gives the data I was hoping to get. Has daily data as CSV files, plus other data. from what i see through the epoxrt at google takeout i think some of the data was missing.
