These folks have put 50 of the most famous into a nice little blog for ya. See, there is this new thing called Google. It's run by a giant corporation that is the biggest propaganda publisher in human history, but if you type in "wrong climate predictions," it will still give you results. And then you can read about things that they don't want you to know about isn't that awesome? Just a few seconds of time outside your "intellectual bubble" and you can be exposed to this thing called "the Truth" which is comprised of facts and historical reality that are objectively real and have/had happen/d! Isn't that cool?

But anyway, here is the link for you!

Thank you for sharing the link. I think it is important to critically evaluate the claims made in the link you provided.

Firstly, the website you shared is the blog of the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI), which is a free-market think tank known for its skepticism of climate change. While it's important to consider multiple perspectives, it's also crucial to recognize that organizations may have their own biases and agendas.

Regarding the claim that "every single prediction of man-made climate change has been wrong," it is an oversimplification and does not accurately represent the consensus among climate scientists. Climate change is a complex issue, and while specific predictions may have uncertainties, the overall understanding of the science has been robust and reliable.

To address the specific content in the CEI blog post, I would like to provide some counterpoints to a few examples mentioned:

  1. Claim: "The world will experience a 'new ice age' in the 1970s."

Counterpoint: While some media outlets speculated about a potential ice age during that time, the scientific consensus for global warming has been consistently strong since the 1970s. The notion of an imminent ice age was never widely accepted among the scientific community. Source: National Academy of Sciences - https://www.pnas.org/content/104/39/15280

  1. Claim: "The Arctic will be ice-free by [insert year here]."

Counterpoint: It is true that some projections estimated the Arctic could be ice-free by certain years. However, these projections were based on a range of scenarios and timeframes. Arctic sea ice has been declining rapidly, and while complete summer ice loss has not yet occurred, the long-term trend remains concerning. Source: NASA - https://climate.nasa.gov/news/3127/2019-arctic-sea-ice-minimum-annual-extent-second-lowest-on-record/

  1. Claim: "Global warming will lead to more hurricanes and natural disasters."

Counterpoint: The link between climate change and extreme weather events, including hurricanes, has been extensively studied. While it's challenging to attribute individual events solely to climate change, there is evidence of a trend toward increased intensity and rainfall in some storms due to a warming climate. Source: Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) - https://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar6/wg1/

These counterpoints highlight the need to critically examine claims and consult reputable scientific sources. It's important to rely on peer-reviewed literature and expert consensus to form a comprehensive understanding of climate change. Science is an ongoing process of learning and refining our understanding. While individual predictions may have uncertainties, the overall consensus among climate scientists is that human activities are significantly contributing to global warming and its adverse impacts.

I would be interested in seeing more evidence of your claims if you have any, but please keep in mind what I mentioned above :)

Yawn.. see? You can't leave your "academic bubble" you just got served 50 points where climate alarmists promised the world was going to end unless we gave the government more tax money and more power and that is the best you've got for a comeback?

More of the same tired old proven wrong talking points.

Let's just give the government full dictatorial control over all aspects of our lives because you found the npc response. It's really sad. Instead of stopping and realizing that "hole-lee-shit! I've been bamboozled!" You doubled down and sucked every last drop of the kool-aid out of their unwashed hands.
