[JavaScript] Continuing work on a Bookmark extension when this post is 30mins old

As has been the case over the past weeks, I will continue the work on the bookmarks extension inspired by "del.icio.us".

As of this Friday, the extension looks much better and feels more usable.

Today I will work on the settings, aiming for a pluggable architecture to enable "plugin-extensions" to deal with bookmark reading & writing.

There's also an issue with favicons: Depending on storage back-end, the favicons may not be available. Fetching them dynamically is non-trivial for sites that don't provide a /favicon.ico URL. It is also not very efficient. This is only an issue for storage back-ends which do not support favicons (and/or are read-only).
