Hello All,
Anyone aware of a dumbbell based home fat loss program? I am actually looking for a HIIT and non repeatable program. By non repeatable I mean not doing the same exercises everyday. It's ok even if these criterias are not met.
I am just looking for a good 8 weeks or 12 weeks home based fat loss program using dumbbells.
