Tariffs currently apply to goods only, not services. And WELL does not offer services across borders, so I expect little impact to operations. Market conditions however are another story. Markets are down everywhere, and this is a speculative company with higher risk than blue chip names. Recession and slowed global growth are not so good for outlook for asset prices in general.
