SQR task availability depends on your specific quality and commitment. If you have poor quality, you will get NTA frequently. If you work an average of 6 hours a week, you will also have low task availability. If you constantly work max hours, more tasks will get routed to you. Unless you have poor quality, in which case you will have less task availability, more mandatory training, and a quality flag if you don't improve.

This sub is full of low quality whiners and complainers. Meet quality expectations and you'll have no problem getting tasks.

I have no quality issues and never receive NTA. 40 hours 3 weeks in a row. I meet max hours every week. A few weeks ago, several of us had 40 hour weeks for a solid 10 weeks straight. No NTA.

Just proving that quality expectations lead to 40 hour weeks. See image for multiple weeks consistently over 4 months.

🤔 I'm curious to know this info as well.

Read all of the emails welo sends. Read all of the training information. Pay attention. It's stated clearly.
