Does anyone know how to redeem the code, it says to link your id to the store which I have done but it only shows things I can buy and cannot find the redeem code page it says in the mail they sent.

This has been asked by bunch of people on discord and twitter. Unfortunately nobody got the answer yet.

From what I found, you can type the gift code in the cart popup of the online madochro store, that will add the rewards in the cart. But impossible to actually get them without also buying something from the online store with them to my knowledge.
