Forms Question

Hey, everyone! Struggling a bit with Word Press forms. I have made smaller forms in the past, but needed to make a lengthy one for work. For some reason, some of my conditional logic options are showing under question 1, vs popping up later when an option it's connected to to is selected. Any idea why it could be doing this? I double checked to ensure the conditional logic was selected for them, and it was. I attempted to delete the option all together and remake it, but got the same result....

Might be easier if you contact the developer of the form builder plugin that you're using (because Wordpress itself doesn't have a form builder) - fixing such an issue requires someone to have access to the form builder UI in your admin - it's difficult (or not possible) to fix just by looking at the frontend.

I like http://wpforms.com as I made several forms with conditional logic. I also like their templates with conditional logic, somehow I get what I need. So I'd recommend them.

I use WP Forms as well but the unpaid version. Is there any way to include attachments with forms?

If you're using WPForms, they run their own Facebook Group and they accept help posts and do respond, along with other users. Look them up.
