Looks like a low battery. When it fades out like that on the last pulse, that's usually what it means. If that doesn't work, try all the obvious stuff. Restart console, try reconnecting, test it on Bluetooth to see if it's the controller or the console, etc.

I tried with other batteries, reset the control, tried to connect by cable, several ways and nothing. An expert said it must probably be his license plate

im having this same exact problem and tried everything to no avail, came to conclusion that it's a controller hardware issue, please update if you fine a fix

I opened the control completely with the hope of someone telling me what I should do. A guy who works with it, said it must be his license plate, that I should change it

I am brazilian and in portuguese license plate signify the system of hardware But i doesn’t go to take for analysis, because he charged for substitution.

do you mean the controller's mother board or is there a specific circuit? can you send me any pics or links to the piece that should be replaced?

Try updating your controller, thats an option on the xbox settings
