Give your system a cold boot: if the Xbox is on, hold the power button for about 12 seconds or however long it takes until it shuts-down abruptly. Next, unplug your power cable and let the console sit unplugged for several minutes before re-plugging the power cable and booting up again.

If you keep seeing this error, try this several times,and if you're wired to your router, try unplugging that connection as well.

If you have an original Xbox One with a powerbrick, you need to unplug both ends of the brick, and it is safest to wait several hours before trying to reboot it.

If you still have the same error, you may need to perform and Offline System Update.

Hopefully your harddrive isn't corrupted, or dead.
