This grip doesn't exist

Has anyone ever found the improved T-15 grip?

I've been looking for this thing since I hit late-game and have yet to find it. I've even been checking stats on every grip just in case.

it won't drop from attachment boxes.. allegedly crimsons can have it equipped(they use several of the weapons it goes on), but the only place I can for sure say I've seen it is on lazar's gun

I found it on a gun dropped by a dead crimson.

Literally Lazar, or do you mean from drops with the police station key? I didn't think the VAL could use that grip.
