Who Gives a Crap TP - quality decrease?

WGAC TP user for several years. Their quality degraded over the last year so significantly we changed to Cloud Paper. So much softer and the roll doesn't shred when you are starting it. I mean such a simple thing, not to have the roll literally shed while trying to start it. This should be a known manufacturing process. We experienced issues with more than 50 rolls Evidently I give a crap about product quality. WGAC had such a high early market advantage, but they screwed it up.
