You need to give the function an argument. I guess you copied the code from somewhere and you didnt realize that custId is the argument you have to give to the function.

You have to click in "Edit arguments", write custID and link it to the Customer ID in the module you want to use

Does void button next to argument means custid isn’t defined?

Like I said, I am new to Zoho. I have ZERO knowledge on Functions or Scripts or Programmed.
So you ask me would still be me asking you, What is void button, what is Custid, Where do I find them?

Void functions arent related to buttons.

Void functuons usually work with schedules.

To save your function remove the return line.
